Let’s Connect

Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, I get it. I know it takes courage. You are welcome to contact me in a way that feels good for you.

Send me a message via the form here or feel free to email me directly. I’ll get back to you within 2 business days.

What to expect after reaching out:

You will hear back from me within 2 business days. From there, I typically recommend we start with a free 15-minute consult call.

This is an exploratory call that will give us a chance to chat about what you are looking for from counselling, to learn a bit about me and how I work, and to see if we are a good fit. I want to make sure that you find a counsellor that is the right fit for you, so zero pressure on next steps - let’s just start with a chat.

Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No! While my main area of practice is supporting individuals with issues related to perinatal and reproductive mental health (ie. pregnancy, postpartum, menopause transition), I’m also open to working with adults looking for support with issues such as anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

So please don’t hesitate to reach out for support or book a free phone consult to ask me any questions about this!

  • I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) and I recommend you check with your benefits provider to determine if services by an RCC are covered under your plan.

My Registered Clinical Counsellor number is #13015.

  • Payment is processed at the end of each session (either credit card or e-transfer). You will then be emailed a receipt which you will be able to submit to your extended health benefits provider for reimbursement.

  • Booking in for a free 15 minute phone consult is where I would recommend to start. This gives us a chance to chat about what you are looking for support with and what your hopes are for counselling. You’ll have the opportunity to see how I work - basically a chance to determine if I will be a good fit for you as a counsellor.

However, a consult call is not required to get started, and you are welcome to go ahead and book in for an initial session.

  • I offer both virtual and in-person sessions.

In-person sessions are offered on Thursday at my office in Burnaby (Brentwood area). Virtual sessions are offered Tuesday - Friday between 10am-4:30pm.
