Frequently Asked Questions

Do you only work with clients looking for support with perinatal mental health?

No! While my main area of practice is supporting individuals with issues related to perinatal mental health (pregnancy, postpartum), I’m also open to working with adults looking for support with issues such as anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. So please don’t hesitate to reach out for support or book a free phone consult to ask me any questions about this!

Are your services covered under my extended health benefits plan?

Hopefully! I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC). Please check with your benefits provider to determine if services by an RCC are covered under your plan.

How does payment work?

Clients are billed at the end of each session, and payment can be made by either e-transfer or credit card. You will then be emailed a receipt which you will be able to submit to your extended health benefits provider for reimbursement. Unfortunately I am unable to offer direct billing to extended health benefit providers.

I have CVAP funding. Can I use this to cover the cost of the session?

I am a registered CVAP provider. If you have CVAP funding, please email me directly at robyn@robynkozakcounselling.ca to discuss the billing process.
